Meet Michael Daly, the founder and managing director of our company. Michael is passionate about providing our customers with bespoke technological installations for their homes. His love for technology started at the age of six, building loudspeakers and wiring electronic circuits with his grandfather in the garage.

Michael’s passion for technology was recognized early on, receiving the technology award in primary school and the Citizenship award in high school for his dedication to Stage Crew Management and the Rock Estedford program.

After completing his VCE certificate, Michael founded Good Vibrations (Wiredbymjd) Sound Installations on his 18th birthday, bringing forward the first custom installations and paving the way for where we are today.

Aside from his work, Michael is a father of four and has a passion for music, classic cars, and art. His dedication to his family and hobbies are reflected in his work, where he strives to provide unique and personalized technological installations for our customers. With Michael’s expertise and passion, you can be assured that your home will be equipped with the latest technology while still reflecting your personal style.

Meet Dr Hailey Daly, a driven professional with a passion for science, technology, and business. Hailey excelled in her academic career, earning a PhD in Minerals Processing and Industrial Chemistry and gaining valuable experience working with industrial partners and distinguished academics.

Hailey’s skills in business, management, and technology were honed during her time as a Personal Assistant and Manager to the Director of the Centre of Advanced Materials and Industrial Chemistry and the Deputy Pro-Vice Chancellor (International) at RMIT University.

In 2015, Hailey brought her expertise to our company, where she is our full-time Systems Integrator and specializes in KNX Automation Programming. Her passion for delivering high-quality automation packages that add value to our clients’ lives is unmatched.

Aside from designing and programming KNX Automation projects, Hailey also offers her services to other electrical contractors looking to implement KNX automation systems in their own projects. She runs our CPD and education presentation program and volunteers for CEDIA.

Hailey is a devoted mother of four and in her free time, she has taken up learning to play the piano. Her dedication to her family, profession, and personal growth make her an asset to any team.

With over 20 years of experience in the entertainment technology industry, Ben Webb brings a rare blend of creativity, technical expertise, and client-focused design to his role as Senior Solutions Architect at Wired By MJD. Ben’s approach begins with a conversation—he takes the time to understand how families live in their homes and what they value most in terms of convenience, entertainment, and peace of mind.

Known for thinking outside the box, Ben thrives on challenges—especially when clients say, “Everyone else says this can’t be done.” His passion lies in crafting unique, high-performance technology solutions that not only enhance the home experience but also reflect each client’s lifestyle and vision.

Ben has played a pivotal role in designing multiple CEDIA award-winning smart home and cinema projects, showcasing his ability to push boundaries and deliver industry-leading results. His global experience includes work on iconic projects such as the Guinness World Record-winning Hong Kong Symphony of Lights, the world’s largest permanent light and sound show.

At Wired By MJD, Ben continues to lead with innovation, ensuring every project is as technically robust as it is beautifully tailored.

Nathan is an enthusiastic and capable junior team member at Wired By MJD, contributing hands-on technical support across a wide range of integration and AV installation projects. With a background in the technology integration industry, Nathan has quickly established himself as a valuable part of the on-site delivery team.

Nathan has gained practical experience in both the commercial and performance sectors, including the installation of TVs, microphones, speakers, and conferencing systems for meeting and boardrooms, as well as the fitting and alignment of LED video walls. He has also contributed to large-scale fit-outs such as the installation of over 100 custom tech panels for a major theatre project.

His skill set includes roughing in and terminating a range of AV and data cabling—including Cat 6A, XLR, and multi-pair audio—along with speaker and plate cut-outs, bracket installations, and detailed cable soldering and termination.

Nathan is known for his positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. His hands-on experience and growing technical knowledge make him a dependable asset on fast-paced, high-specification projects.

Jordan Riddle is a dedicated AV Technician who brings a strong foundation in the installation, configuration, and support of audio-visual systems across residential and commercial environments. With a background in professional sound production, Jordan applies a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to every project he works on.

His extensive experience includes certifications as an RTI Programmer, Hikvision Certified Security Associate, and Snap One Network IP Partner, complementing his Advanced Diploma in Sound Production. Jordan is now undertaking further training with Wired By MJD to elevate his programming skills, ensuring his expertise is tailored to the complex, integrated solutions the company delivers.

Known for his professionalism, calm under pressure, and technical problem-solving, Jordan is a valuable part of the Wired By MJD team, supporting high-quality installations and growing capability in control systems programming.

Danielle brings over 15 years of experience across the building industry, with a strong foundation in project coordination, client management, and end-to-end delivery. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with clients, consultants, and trades to guide projects from concept through to completion—ensuring each stage is executed with clarity, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Her ability to balance multiple moving parts while maintaining clear communication makes her a trusted point of contact for both clients and internal teams. Danielle is known for her proactive approach, strong organisational skills, and commitment to delivering a seamless and well-managed experience. She takes pride in building lasting relationships and consistently delivering projects to the high standards that define Wired By MJD.

With a natural eye for design and a deep understanding of the construction process, Danielle brings both practicality and creativity to her role. Her experience allows her to anticipate challenges, streamline workflows, and support successful project outcomes from start to finish.

Outside of work, Danielle has a passion for home renovations and enjoys exploring local wineries—interests that reflect her appreciation for thoughtful design and lifestyle. Whether coordinating a project or connecting with clients, she brings a warm, engaging presence and a genuine commitment to creating exceptional experiences.
