One of the earlier projects in our portfolio, Under the Cherry Blossom remains a timeless example of forward-thinking design and technology integration. Completed in 2010, this fully integrated smart home set a high standard for comfort, convenience, and innovation at the time — much of which still holds its own today.

At the heart of the home is a dedicated media room with full blockout curtains for a cinema like feel, carefully designed to deliver a rich, immersive AV experience. The integration extends across the residence, showcasing a wide range of smart technologies that were cutting-edge for their time.

Key features include a mirror TV in the bathroom, a discreet drop-down TV in the bedroom, under-tile heating, and intuitive smart lighting control.

This project exemplifies our long-standing commitment to intelligent design, high-quality finishes, and seamless technology — a proud foundation upon which many of our future projects have been built.
