This luxury-designed apartment, inspired by the sophistication of Soho style, was created for a discerning client with an ear for high-fidelity audio. To meet their expectations, we proposed and installed a premium hi-fi system as the primary AV zone for the main television, delivering exceptional sound quality while seamlessly integrating with the broader home technology system. This solution ensured both high performance and user-friendly control.

The existing automation system in the apartment was outdated and in need of a complete overhaul. We replaced the entire racking system, designing and installing a custom rack equipped with advanced cooling features to prevent overheating. The new rack also allows for easy maintenance and cleaning, with a smooth slide-out mechanism for improved access.

To modernize the integration, we re-cabled, redressed, and thoroughly cleaned all components, implementing the latest technology throughout. Key upgrades included drop-down televisions and Elan touch screens, bringing intuitive control and a sleek aesthetic to this sophisticated, technology-enhanced living space.
